If you experience that the member is still showing in the overview after sending an intervention, it can be due to different reasons:
- If you have pinned the member, then they will stay in the overview until you unpin.
- If you have marked “no” in “Is this an intervention” before sending the message.
- If your member was more than a week overdue before you sent the intervention the schedule picks the old date first and then the current date will still be in the overview.
- The message is still sending in the back-end and will disappear from the overview when the message has gone
