If there is any downtime or problems with the adviser web, an error message will be displayed informing the users of the problem, e.g., “504 Gateaway Timeout” or “The system is under maintenance”.

If you see an error message, please always report the problem. To report downtime, please do the following:

  1. Open “Liva Coaching Team Slack → General Channel → Message #general
  2. Take a screenshot and include it in the message
  3. Describe when the problem occurred.
  4. Describe which site you have used: https://provider-uk.livalife.com/ or https://kommune.livalife.com/

When you report an issue, you will be alerted on the Slack channel as soon as it is resolved.
